New 1.84 update of the Dimed software for common rail testbenches has been released.

A lot of improvements was made:

• Added support for encoding Delphi C4I injectors (VAG Euro 6 1.6L and 2.0L). A new Delphi coding key and a 6 bar check valve are required for coding. For testing without coding, only a 6 bar valve is sufficient.
• Changed the format of storing data about tested injectors and pumps (archive). Sorting and searching (filtering) by any field are now available, for example, by part number, customer, serial number, order number, etc.
• Added testbench calibration function for the new Denso injector to obtain calibration points as close as possible to the factory ones (offset file). The function is the same as for Delphi. After the calibration, it becomes possible to choose by which standard to code the injector – your own or standard in the program (factory). Calibration start and reference selection are made in the part number selection window.
• Added new test plans for Delphi and Denso injectors.
• Added pre-filling of the master pump at first start after launching the software.
• Software improvements for the X-code testbench: Delphi balancing coding and simultaneous Bosch piezo metering/coding are available.
